Shipping Within Canada

We currently offer the following shipping options within Canada:

  • Standard Shipping: $9.99 CAD for orders under $99 CAD
  • Free Standard Shipping: Available on orders of $99 CAD or more, before applicable taxes

Estimated Delivery Time

Standard shipping within Canada is estimated to arrive within 7–14 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, customs, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Pre-Order & Special-Order Items

Some products offered by JAGÌVVÄ may be pre-order, special-order, or sourced from our suppliers after an order is placed.

These items may require additional processing or delivery time. When applicable, estimated timelines or relevant information will be provided on the product page.

If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order or special-order items, the items may be shipped together or separately depending on availability.

Order Processing & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. JAGÌVVÄ is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
